Project name: The Yedder Universe — by Yasmina Zriouil Goal: Create a fast, elegant, mobile-first website that acts as a portal to 4 distinct but connected projects. It should showcase video, photography, and short storytelling; capture emails; collect applications; and make it easy to contact the studio. Structure (site map): Home (portal) — cinematic video/loop, one-line manifesto, four tiles/portals La Kahina — event story, past highlights video, newsletter signup, “Request info” Sahar Camp (Burning Man) — short manifesto, photo/video strip, Apply form Yedder Studio — architecture portfolio (3–6 case studies), studio bio, Contact form (Morocco/Mexico) Yedder World — fashion archive (sold-out caftans), lookbook video, Join waitlist form Global pages: About/Bio (short), Press/Features (optional), Privacy/Terms Primary actions (CTAs): La Kahina: Join the newsletter Sahar Camp: Apply to join 2025 Yedder Studio: Request a project consultation Yedder World: Join the waitlist / Custom inquiry Content & style: Vibe: Neo-vernacular, organic minimalism; Moroccan desert tones with contemporary refinement. Visual language: Sand/ivory, terracotta, olive, charcoal; lots of white space; gentle scroll animations. Typography: Elegant serif for headlines + clean sans for body. Motion: Subtle parallax and fade-ins; no heavy effects; performance-friendly. Assets I can provide: Logo/wordmark, mood images (desert, craft, architecture), event and fashion stills, short video clips/aftermovie, project descriptions, bio. Features & Integrations: Video support (hero background or embedded Vimeo/YouTube). Newsletter (Mailchimp or ConvertKit; simple embed). Application/Contact forms (route to email; optional Airtable/Notion capture). Social links (IG, TikTok); optional Instagram grid embed. Basic SEO (titles, meta, open graph; fast load). Analytics (Google Analytics or Plausible). Tone of copy: Warm, concise, poetic but clear. Short sections. Action-oriented CTAs. Technical needs: Mobile-first, responsive. Lightweight and fast (optimize media). CMS collections for: Projects (Studio), Events/Highlights (La Kahina), Gallery (Yedder World). Easy for me to update text, images, links. Future flexibility (nice to have): Ability to add a simple shop/waitlist later. Multi-language stubs (EN first; FR later). Success looks like: Visitors quickly choose a portal. High newsletter signups, quality studio inquiries, Sahar applications, and Yedder World waitlist entries. A cohesive brand feel across all four pages.
