We are a fast-growing SaaS startup revolutionizing enterprise knowledge retention. Backed by pilots with leading EU organizations and recent awards, we're expanding rapidly across the EU, GCC, and SEA. Role Summary We are immediately looking for a charismatic and resourceful sales/business development professional based in Lisbon to represent our venture/platform on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced networking environments, understands early-stage tech products, and can effectively engage with potential customers, investors, and partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Represent our platform at the Web Summit booth or side events. (Access with all the tickets are provided) 2. Understand and confidently pitch our product (training and briefing provided). 3. Engage and build rapport with leads: investors, B2B clients, and potential partners. 4. Take notes, qualify leads, and book follow-up meetings. 5. Provide daily updates and feedback on interactions. Requirements 1. Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or startup business development. 2. Fluent in English (Any other EU language is a plus). 3. Tech-savvy, professional, and self-driven. 4. Based in Lisbon and available during the Web Summit dates. Compensation 1. Hourly Payment: Competitive rate based on experience. 2. Sales Commission: Percentage-based incentive for every successful deal or qualified lead that converts post-summit. 3. Potential to join in as our Chief Revenue Officer
