Finch & Wild is a premium pet-care brand blending fine fragrance, clean beauty, and animal wellness. We’re developing a timeless brand identity that sits in the same visual and emotional space as Aesop, Le Labo, Grown Alchemist, Votary, Vinci Botanicals, Wonder Valley, The Act, and Neroli & Basil. Our first product line includes luxury dog and cat shampoos, conditioners, and sprays, built around a curated fragrance collection called “Forest & Field.” We want a designer who can craft a refined, sensory, and modern identity system — one that feels like a fine-fragrance or skincare brand that happens to be for pets. Tone: Calm · Intelligent · Natural · Design-Led · Confident You should have experience with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle D2C brands, and be able to express fragrance, texture, and materiality through design. No literal pet graphics, bright colours, or “eco-cute” design tropes.
