Here's an overview of the technical skills you'll likely have to embark on our team

• 5+ years of working experience in Recruitment for Software Development teams
• Good working knowledge of hiring funnels
• Good understanding of industry stacks and roles
• Orientation towards helping hiring managers to achieve business goals
• Proficient user of ATS software tools
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• As an IT Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks include overseeing the company's go-to-market hiring strategy, performing application reviews and interviews, and leading representation missions in events.
• The salary range for this position is 23 834,88€ - 28 941,69€ gross per year. This is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
