In your role as a TA partner you will:

Partner with Hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired
Take care of the end-to-end recruitment processes
Identify relevant sourcing channels, mainly for CX roles
Contribute to building and strengthening our employer brand
Manage recruitment needs within firm deadlines
Develop relations with stakeholders

You will be great for this role if you:

Have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
Can write and speak Spanish at a native level, plus English too
Are proactive and can manage a fast-paced environment
Are a team player with strong communication skills
Work in an organised way and take ownership of your tasks
Love working with people and talking to candidates
Previous experience from a BPO environment would be a benefit
