• Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and clarity in every interaction.
• Guide customers in understanding our products and services, delivering accurate information and assistance.
• Swiftly address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up to ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Stay informed about company offerings and market trends to provide knowledgeable support.
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on creating positive customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools.
