• Key Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to identify their needs and business goals through detailed consultations.

• Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• A strong understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
