• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their specific needs and business challenges.
• Develop and recommend customized solutions that effectively address client requirements and add value.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competition to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Document client feedback and experiences to improve service offerings continuously.
• Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in consulting, customer service, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A keen interest in technology solutions, along with a readiness to learn new systems and methodologies.
