- We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Business Development Manager to unlock new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships for ZeptoLab’s core mobile games and cross-platform initiatives. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth, strengthening our position in the global market, and supporting the evolution of our key IPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute new monetization opportunities for ZeptoLab’s core titles (Cut the Rope, Bullet Echo, etc.) across mobile and other platforms (PC, console, cloud gaming).
- Source and negotiate partnerships in publishing, distribution, UA cross-promotions, white-label solutions, and alternative stores.
- Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and contract management in collaboration with legal and product teams.
- Build relationships with platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Steam, Epic, Galaxy Store, Xiaomi, etc.) and explore opportunities for promotional features or co-marketing.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and partner performance to inform strategy.
- Represent ZeptoLab at key gaming events and conferences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development within gaming or digital entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of the mobile gaming landscape, including monetization models, UA, and alternative distribution channels.
- Experience in closing publishing, distribution, or platform partnership deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for mobile games and scaling successful IPs across markets.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with PC and console publishing models.
- Experience working with cloud gaming or instant gaming platforms.
- Network within global publishing, platform, and distribution ecosystems.
