Title: Scrape investors from event site, enrich with Clay/Apollo, and send personalised intro emails (Web Summit) Project overview (short): We have an investor list behind a ticketed page (I will provide access). I need someone to scrape that investor directory, enrich each profile with verified contact emails using Clay or Apollo, and send personalised introduction emails requesting a short meeting during Web Summit. This is a time-sensitive outreach task that must be accurate, GDPR-compliant and highly personalised. ⸻ Scope / Responsibilities • Use the ticket I’ll provide to access and scrape the investor directory (name, firm, role, bio, page URL, LinkedIn, location, investor focus if listed). • De-duplicate and validate scraped records; produce a clean CSV/Google Sheet. • Enrich each lead with professional email addresses using Clay and/or Apollo (or equivalent trusted enrichment tools); log enrichment confidence and data source for each email. • Draft a concise, personalised outreach email (I will provide tone/intro + company one-pager). Tailor subject lines and first sentence to each investor where possible (e.g., reference their fund, recent investment, or focus). • Send outreach emails from my provided email (or via an agreed sending tool), track opens/replies, and log meeting requests / availability responses. • Provide a final deliverable: cleaned spreadsheet with all fields + enrichment sources, copies of emails sent, tracking dashboard (sheet with status: sent/open/replied/meeting booked), and recommended follow-ups. ⸻ Must-have skills • Proven experience scraping ticketed/event directories (tools, techniques, and ethics). • Fluency with Clay and Apollo enrichment workflows (or equivalent enrichment tools) and API usage. • Strong data hygiene: de-duplication, validation, confidence scoring. • Cold email experience (high open/reply rates), personalised outreach, and CRM/automation familiarity (Sheets, HubSpot, Gmail/SMTP, or similar). • GDPR / data-protection aware and able to follow compliant outreach best practices. • Clear English (or Portuguese) writing for email templates. ⸻ Nice-to-have • Prior experience with investor outreach or fundraising campaigns. • Familiarity with Web Summit / startup investor profiles. • Portuguese (Portugal) language capability for targeting Portuguese investors. ⸻ Deliverables 1. Copy of each personalised email sent (one per investor) and subject line used. 3. Outreach tracker with status (sent / opened / replied / meeting requested / meeting confirmed / uninterested). 4. Short summary (1 page): top 10 warmest leads, success metrics (open/reply rates), recommended 2-step follow-up sequence. 5. Delivery expected within 5 business days from access to the ticketed page (fast turn-around important — plan accordingly). • Budget: Open to fixed-price or hourly proposals.
