Why This Role Matters

As a Sales Representative for South Portugal , you will play a key role in expanding Goodyear’s market presence and driving growth across your territory. You’ll manage key accounts and workshops as the main client contact, develop new customer relationships, and ensure clients have the knowledge and tools to successfully sell Goodyear’s premium tire products.

Your work will directly contribute to Goodyear’s success by strengthening customer partnerships, increasing market share, and representing one of the most recognized and respected brands in the tire industry. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on achieving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow key accounts and workshops in South Portugal to achieve sales and market share objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.

  • Provide expert product guidance, ensuring customers are well-equipped to promote and sell Goodyear products effectively.

  • Collaborate with the Iberian sales team and internal departments to align on strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to manage customer data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Travel regularly within South Portugal and occasionally abroad for customer visits, meetings, and training sessions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably within the automotive, tire, or related industries.

  • Demonstrated success in developing new customers and growing sales in a competitive market.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a collaborative and customer-focused attitude.

  • Comfortable with travel and a dynamic field-based work environment.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English ; familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Education in sales, business, or marketing is considered an advantage.
