We are undergoing an exciting pivot to serve the high-growth market of Content Creators (YouTubers, Streamers, Influencers) and their Management Agencies across the UK, USA, and Europe. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS) to be the spearhead of this pivot. You will be responsible for the full sales development cycle: generating leads, initiating conversations, and securing qualified consultation/closing meetings with decision-makers. 💼 The Role: Acquisition & High-Value Niche: This is an ongoing, contract-based agreement that is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in lead generation and cold outreach. You must have a strong background in sales, experience in the digital marketing/development sector, and proficiency in B2C communications. You will focus on building relationships, exploring untapped creator niches, and driving revenue growth. Your core task is to reach out to Content Creators, Creator Agencies, and Creator Management representatives to qualify them and deliver an unforgettable value proposition, culminating in a scheduled consultation/closing meeting. ✅ Qualifications & Experience: Proven Experience: - Demonstrated success in SDR or Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS) roles or notable freelance experience. Communication: - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral or North American accent (required). Target Comfort: - Comfortable speaking with content creators and management decision-makers. Industry Knowledge: - Minimum of 1 year considerable experience within the digital marketing and/or web development industry. Tool Proficiency: - Proficient with outreach tools (LinkedIn, cold email platforms, and social media platforms). Self-Management: - Strong time management and self-motivation skills in a fully remote setting. Desirable (Bonus) Skills Creator Ecosystem: - Experience working directly with Content Creators or Creator Management Agencies. Technical Knowledge: - In-depth knowledge of Web Development, SEO Principles, or our Jamstack services. CRM Expertise: - Professional experience working with Salesforce CRM. 💰 Compensation: Purely Commission-Based Contract This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential. Compensation Structure: - This is a purely commission-based role. There is no fixed salary or hourly rate offered; income entirely depends on commission performance and successful client acquisition. Earning Potential: - You receive fixed percentages with uncapped earnings per package sold (per signed contract). Performance Bonuses: - Additional performance-based bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
