• About the Role
• We’re looking for a QA Engineer with strong fullstack development skills and a passion for quality enablement. In this hybrid role, you’ll coach both developers and QA engineers—supporting teams with and without dedicated QA—while contributing hands-on to test automation, manual testing, and AI-in-the-loop workflows. You’ll help scale quality practices, integrate AI tools, and ensure the reliability of both traditional and AI-driven features.
• Key Responsibilities
• Coach developers and QA engineers in test strategy, automation, and quality ownership.
• Define and implement automation strategies across Aceve’s tech stack (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud).
• Contribute to test automation and manual testing, especially in complex or AI-driven workflows.
• Guide teams in validating AI/ML features for accuracy, fairness, and compliance.
• Integrate AI tools into QA workflows and act as a human-in-the-loop for AI agents.
• Lead enablement initiatives (workshops, pair testing, tooling adoption).
• Continuously evaluate new tools and practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in test automation and fullstack development (.NET, Java, PHP, Node.js, React, Vue, Angular, React Native).
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with AI in testing and testing of AI features.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing (e.g., K6, OWASP ZAP).
• Proven ability to coach and mentor both QA engineers and developers.
