• Role Overview
• As part of a global ERP transformation program (Dynamics AX → SAP S/4HANA & Ariba), we are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager with strong expertise in training coordination.
• The consultant will work on the Core Model and pilot subsidiary, with potential extension for subsequent rollout waves.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the training workstream (planning, tracking, KPIs, reporting).
• Coordinate the development of training materials (storyboards, role-based learning paths).
• Organize training logistics and delivery across local and global teams.
• Assess end-user adoption and update materials during hypercare.
• Collaborate closely with integrators and internal project teams.
• Full-time, 6-month assignment starting January 2026.
• Contracting model. Fully remote role.
• Proven experience in project management within international ERP deployment contexts (SAP preferred).
• Strong background in training delivery, change management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with training tools (SAP Enable Now, WalkMe is a plus).
• Fluent English required (Portuguese would be a plus).
