Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisor in La Coruna, Spain. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer support, with a strong interest in IT and cloud-based solutions. You will work on-site and having a relocation package, and working hours are only weekdays.

Your Role:

Technical Assistance: Provide high-quality technical support to users regarding software functionality and IT-related concerns.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
Customer Interaction: Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
Problem-Solving: Use critical and logical thinking to analyze and provide solutions to technical queries.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest IT trends, cloud technologies, and software updates to improve service delivery.

Your Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Portuguese, with strong proficiency in English (C1 level)
Technical Knowledge: Background in IT technologies, with hands-on experience or training in cloud technologies and Microsoft products.
Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or software troubleshooting is valuable.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical inquiries efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.

The Offer:

Full-Time Contract: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 09:00 21:00
