- Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information related to telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support for telecommunications services.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about product offerings, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service quality.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about telecommunications products and services.
