- Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries.
- Assist clients with property searches, bookings for viewings, and general inquiries about real estate offerings.
- Provide guidance on the buying, selling, or leasing process to ensure clients are well-informed.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and available properties.
- Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records for service improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
