- Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, transactions, and financial products.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a positive banking experience for clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to improving service processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance service quality.
- Adhere to banking regulations and maintain confidentiality throughout customer interactions.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Understanding of banking regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
