• Key Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to assess their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements through comprehensive consultations.
• Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively meet client needs and showcase the value of our services.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to offer insightful recommendations to clients.
• Document client feedback and experiences to contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.
• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust client relationships.
• Knowledge of technology solutions is desirable, along with a willingness to learn and adapt.
