This role focuses exclusively on providing email support to Polish-speaking players, making it ideal for individuals who love gaming and enjoy engaging with the community through written communication. You will be responsible for answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that players have a seamless experience with Riot Games' titles.

• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding email support to Polish-speaking players regarding game inquiries and technical issues.
• Assist players with account management, game features, and resolve any related concerns effectively.
• Respond to player emails promptly, maintaining high standards of communication and service.
• Document player interactions and feedback carefully to contribute to service enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to share player insights and improve the support process.
• Stay updated on game developments, features, and player support best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in email support or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
