• Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer support and service to Polish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist in resolving inquiries, complaints, and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
• Engage with customers and gather feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge related to products and services.
• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer care.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.
