• Key Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction is friendly and professional.
• Assist customers in navigating our products and services, offering clear and helpful information.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up to assure their needs are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with team members and various departments to improve service quality and efficiency.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in a multilingual setting, is preferred.

• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM applications.
