Remote • Flexible Hours • Performance-Based • Independent Contractor We’re looking for sharp, motivated individuals across Europe to help expand Bearish OS — a next-generation enterprise productivity platform used by global organizations to simplify communication, scheduling, reporting, and AI-driven workflows. This is not a 9-to-5 job. It’s a results-based, part-time contractor role where your performance decides your pay. If you can connect with business decision-makers and book qualified meetings, you’ll earn well — and you’ll do it on your own schedule. What You’ll Do Research and reach out to businesses across Europe (email, LinkedIn, or your preferred channels) Book qualified meetings between potential clients and our founder Represent Bearish OS with professionalism and curiosity — show businesses how we save teams 2+ hours per day Keep basic notes of outreach and meeting results (we’ll provide tools if you prefer) Compensation Base Retainer: equivalent to a minimum-wage base paid monthly when performance targets are met Commission: 30–40 % on every deal you help source — paid quarterly when the client’s payment is received Path to Full-Time: consistent performers can transition to a €2 000/month full-time role + potential stock options You control your time. Typical workload is 10–20 hours/week, but that’s up to you. Our focus is outcomes: 5 qualified meetings per month = full base and commissions.
