Description: We are seeking a licensed lawyer in Poland to assist in the enforcement of a court judgment. We have recently obtained a favorable verdict in a court in Poland, but the defendant/debtor has failed to make payment voluntarily. Scope of Work: • Initiate and oversee the appropriate enforcement procedures • Handle communications and filings with relevant authorities • Provide regular updates on progress and expected timelines • Advise on any potential challenges or delays in enforcement Requirements: • Licensed attorney based in Poland • Experience with judgment enforcement and debt recovery • Ability to work independently and communicate in English • Familiarity with civil enforcement procedures Please include in your proposal: • A short summary of your experience with similar enforcement cases • Your availability and estimated cost structure (hourly or fixed) and if those costs are to be reimbursed by the debtor • Any questions you may have regarding the case
