- 🤖 Your Mission
- As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a central role in customer success: from functional platform implementation to project management, ensuring every client gets real value from our solution.
- 🎯 What you’ll do
- 🛠️ Functional Implementation & Project Management
- Deliver end-to-end implementation of Visor.ai for new clients.
- Configure the platform: conversational flows, rules, channels, permissions, and data.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate them into practical configurations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure aligned and quality deliveries.
- Manage implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and client alignment.
- Support testing, training, and go-live.
- 🤝 Customer Management & Continuous Success
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients post go-live.
- Monitor solution adoption, satisfaction, and continuous value.
- Identify improvement and growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular operational and strategic meetings with clients.
- 💼 Renewal, Upsell & Cross-sell
- Manage contract renewal processes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new channels, additional use cases).
- Collaborate with product and sales to define expansion proposals.
- 😎 What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or similar).
- Experience in contact centers (ideally with knowledge of operations, metrics, and challenges).
- Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Autonomous, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is a plus.
