• Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to our Icelandic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product and service offerings.
• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to adapt to a new culture and work environment.
