  • About The Role
  • You own the entire marketing operations architecture.
  • You build and run the workflows, automations, data systems and reporting infrastructure that enable scale. You maintain complete data fidelity and control attribution across all channels.
  • You guarantee that every campaign launches with correct tracking, segmentation, compliance and performance measurement.
  • You are the operational interface between Marketing, Sales and RevOps, ensuring velocity without loss of accuracy.
  • Core Responsibilities
  • Marketing Data, Platform Architecture and Governance
  • Own the full MarTech stack architecture and roadmap
  • Build and maintain system integrations across CRM, MAP, website, content management and data platforms
  • Enforce data structure, data hygiene, enrichment and governance
  • Maintain segmentation logic and account intelligence workflows
  • Own attribution methodology and reporting accuracy
  • Workflows, Automation and Campaign Enablement
  • Build and maintain workflows and automated programs across inbound and outbound channels
  • Ensure correct tracking, tagging, UTMs and data capture for every campaign
  • Operate campaign execution frameworks so strategy and creative teams can ship at pace
  • Maintain source-of-truth documentation for processes, systems and automations
  • Performance, Reporting and Leadership Visibility
  • Build real-time dashboards that surface performance, attribution and insights to Marketing and Leadership
  • Translate operational data into actions that improve efficiency, velocity and utilisation
  • Monitor channel ROI and resource allocation by region, segment and campaign
  • Own capacity planning and resourcing visibility for the marketing function
  • Commercial Interface and Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Act as the operational liaison between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
  • Ensure consistent handover of marketing-generated intelligence and campaign follow-through
  • Drive alignment on pipeline quality, lead scoring and lifecycle stages
  • Maintain closed-loop performance reporting (first touch to revenue realisation)
  • Team Management
  • Build and run a distributed MOps team across multiple regions
  • Develop analysts, automation specialists and platform owners
  • Establish a high-reliability, low-friction operational culture
  • This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend time on site (at our offices or a client location) for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Experience
  • Expereince in B2B marketing operations or revenue operations
  • Demonstrated ownership of MarTech stack selection, build and integration
  • Proven ability to implement data governance and attribution models
  • Experience scaling global workflows and automation programmes
  • Skills & Competencies
  • MarTech Architecture: deep understanding of CRM, MAP and reporting ecosystems.
  • Data & Attribution: advanced proficiency in segmentation, scoring, tracking and analytics
  • Process Engineering: ability to build high-efficiency, low-friction workflows
  • Operational Leadership: proven ability to translate business needs into repeatable systems
  • Software: proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience with Clay is a big advantage. Experience in creating custom dashboards in Looker a big advantage.
