• Key Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and product inquiries efficiently.
• Guide customers through product features and troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to escalate complex technical problems.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
