I’m building a new email sending platform called RelayGrid, designed to be a modern, high-reliability ESP (similar in spirit to Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or Substack). The core infrastructure is hosted on Leaseweb dedicated servers, using GreenArrow as the sending MTA and I’m now setting up the sending environment from scratch — IPs, domains, authentication, warm-up, and monitoring. I’m looking for an experienced email infrastructure engineer or deliverability consultant who has previously worked at an ESP or built large-scale bulk email sending systems.
