• Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming advisory calls from Dutch-speaking clients, providing insightful and accurate information regarding our offerings.
• Support customers throughout their queries and ensure all interactions are logged effectively within our CRM system.
• Handle pertinent administrative tasks tied to customer accounts, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to provide a unified approach to client engagement and support.
• Create and maintain reports summarizing customer interactions and feedback to drive improvements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to offer relevant and professional advice.
• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a definite plus.
