• Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries related to products and services, ensuring customers receive accurate information and assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve service quality.
• Engage with team members to foster collaboration and share insights for improving customer experiences.
• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on positive customer interactions.
• Able to effectively manage issues and provide constructive solutions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
