- Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products and services, ensuring customers receive accurate information and assistance.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve service quality.
- Engage with team members to foster collaboration and share insights for improving customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on positive customer interactions.
- Able to effectively manage issues and provide constructive solutions.
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic office applications.
