In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with top-tier support and service that reflects the company's dedication to excellence.
  • Responsibilities
  • Support Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with product-related questions.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate information about products, services, and account management while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Record and document interactions in the CRM system to track customer feedback and service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall customer service.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and updates to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within retail or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and a passion for delivering excellence.
