• Job Description
• Act as an internal consultant, proactively engaging with stakeholders and clients to drive business strategy and ensure solution alignment with long-term goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Lead the definition of scope and approach for complex transformation projects, conducting cost-benefit and feasibility analyses to justify strategic investment.
• Take ownership of broad and diverse digital transformation themes, defining the roadmap and demonstrating strong planning and autonomous execution capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and advocate for opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics to optimize processes and generate new business value.
• Maintain active and transparent communication with clients and executive management, managing expectations and translating complex technical details into clear business language.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional specifications and system requirements.
• Model business processes using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design, execute, and coordinate functional tests to validate system functionality.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide guidance on process design and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies, including agentic automation, and best practices.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT and client facing roles.
• Proven expertise in business analysis principles, methodologies, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules, and event-based technologies.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and long-term planning, with a focus on defining high-level business architectures and measurable business value
• Demonstrated excellent soft skills, negotiation, and conflict management abilities, essential for aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• Practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and advanced data analytics concepts and how they can be applied to solve business challenges.
• Strong proactiveness and initiative to rapidly take ownership of new, wide-ranging topics in the Digital Transformation space.
• Familiarity with Change Management principles and a clear focus on the organizational impact of implementing new solutions.
• Experience in designing, executing, and coordinating functional tests.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience working in an Agile setting, including writing User Stories, User Story Mapping, and utilizing Agile tools like Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Business Analysis certifications are a plus.
