  • Job Summary
  • Keyrus is looking for a Data Product Manager (Data Solution Architect) to lead the design and implementation of a consolidated sales volume reporting solution. This strategic initiative aims to integrate multiple governed data sources into a unified reporting framework, providing reliable, accessible, and actionable insights across the Group.
  • This role is part of the Group Digital & IT – Data & Analytics Department, within the Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) team, and is sponsored by the Group Operations Directorate.
  • The position involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, including business sales experts, central and local Digital & IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • As a senior role, this position combines strong data architecture capabilities with product management leadership to ensure delivery of a scalable, high-quality data product aligned with Saint-Gobain’s governance standards.
  • This position is a hybrid position in Lisbon

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the project planning, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and priorities are well managed.
  • Understand and translate business ambitions, goals, and stakes into a clear, actionable data product roadmap.
  • Organise and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Coordinate Data-as-a-Service contributors — including Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Developers.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with both business stakeholders and project contributors, including meeting minutes and status updates.
  • Specify and document logical datasets in Collibra, following the client's data governance framework.
  • Map logical datasets to their physical implementations in the data catalogue to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Identify and document business processes that produce or consume datasets, using documentation standards.
  • Define and maintain roles, responsibilities, and business rules within the data catalogue.
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with the Data Governance team and standards.
  • Requirements for the role
  • Strong communication skills with C-level leadership and international stakeholders
  • Proven experience in data, analytics, and BI, including tools, platforms, and methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, code review).
  • Solid understanding of Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Data Architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and business processes related to Sales and Finance.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to establish a clear communication strategy and high-quality deliverables.
  • Customer-centric mindset: able to engage business users, conduct interviews, and ensure concise and responsive collaboration.
  • Hands-on leadership style: capable of driving initiatives, influencing across functions, and ensuring results in a complex global environment.
  • French is a high plus
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
