• Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer support in Danish through various communication channels: phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, and account management.
• Document interactions meticulously in our CRM system to maintain accurate client records.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service excellence.
• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria as part of the fully paid relocation package.
