Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to our Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve client issues.

Qualifications We Seek

• Fluency in Danish (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is a significant asset.
