In this role, you will become an integral part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers. Your expertise and commitment will help ensure that clients receive the highest level of service as they navigate their inquiries and issues.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for domestic appliance products.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support or service roles, ideally in the appliances or electronics sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A genuine interest in domestic appliances and a passion for helping customers.
