• Key Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to assess their needs, gather requirements, and understand their unique business environments.
• Develop and propose customized solutions that address client challenges while highlighting the value of our offerings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in order to provide clients with strategic insights.
• Document experiences and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in a consulting, customer service, or relevant technological role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An understanding of technology solutions is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
