Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering exceptional customer support to our Czech-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving inquiries and issues with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions in our system for effective follow-up.
- Partnering with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of client challenges.
- Keeping up to date with our products and services to provide informed support.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Fluent in Czech (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interactions.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
