What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Respond to inbound queries through Chat, email or tickets. Be a guiding light, empowering clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs Be a problem-solver, addressing queries and smoothing out any hiccups in the customer experience Innovate and organise, contributing to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are fluent in European Portuguese (written and spoken at C2 level) with fluency in English (min.
