- Job Description
- Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the CRM Executive Brazil will be responsible for executing communication and promotional plans for the Brazilian brands (Sportingbet and Betboo), reflecting the local culture and sports/gaming landscape. You will help ensure the business maintains a fully native tone of voice while staying aligned with our global brand strategies.
- The communication plan will combine educational content with promotional and event-based activities, using audience segmentation techniques to ensure the right messages are delivered at the right time in the customer journey — maximising engagement. You will manage communications across all stages of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and reactivation of lapsed users.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring and analysing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise future communications. This includes tracking KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement monthly marketing plans across all products (Sports and Casino).
- Execute communication strategies in line with the overall CRM marketing plan and core performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and deliver multi-channel promotional campaigns, both short-term and long-term.
- Develop and manage customer communications to maintain player engagement through editorial and promotional content.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion, cost, uplift) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased effectiveness.
- Create and implement content across multiple channels, including web, email, and direct messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., content, design, and operations teams) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Utilise multiple tools and systems to execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns.
- Qualifications
Essential
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing CRM marketing plans, including automated and trigger-based communications.
- Excellent knowledge of sports, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market.
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
- Proficiency in English across all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring full compliance with data protection policies and procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with CRM platforms and data management systems.
