About the job

We are hiring a content creator / interviewer to join us on-site at Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon(Nov 10-13th). You’ll approach attendees, run short interviews, capture quick demo reactions, and turn that footage into short clips that showcase real problems and solutions we offer. You must be present for the entire event schedule in Lisbon.

Contract: short-term (event week + light pre/post)

Compensation: negotiable

Key responsibilities

• Learn Shrubi’s core features and turn them into engaging, sales-driven stories that attract audiences.
• Plan and make scripts of approachable questions about starting a new marketplace, booking pain points, vendor management, etc.
• Invite passersby, tell clean soundbites, and guide a quick demo.
• Shoot vertical clips and edit into short, and captioned videos for social media.

Qualifications

• Confidence in approaching new people and leading professional, natural conversations
• Proficiency in video shooting and edit tools(cut and caption)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
