Join our SE Real Estate team as a Commercial Real Estate Trainee, where you will play a vital role in supporting the German Hub’s commercial and financial management. Imagine being at the heart of various German commercial topics, from our FC and Budget tool to central cost allocations and utility-related matters. Your proactive approach and collaborative spirit will be key in enhancing the financial health of Siemens Energy, making a real impact every day.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Validate and approve invoices while preparing accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting for central cost centers, driving financial clarity.
• Analyze and monitor targeted finance results (Gross Cost, Free Cashflow, Profit, and Capex) and create regular reports for management.
• Support your FIN superior in identifying and implementing savings measures, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Assist in implementing process improvements, initiatives, and new business tools to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accurate books and records, complying with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines (IFRS), and deliver timely budget and forecast reporting.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and requirements, showcasing your versatility.
• Maintain strong working relationships with external service providers/suppliers and Business Areas, fostering collaboration.

What You Bring

• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge and experience are a plus.
• Previous experience in a numerical or financial environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels across the business.
• A willingness to adapt and learn new skills, demonstrating your growth mindset.
• An initiative-driven, proactive attitude, and a commitment to being a team player.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German would be an advantage.
