We are seeking a qualified civil engineer to develop a drainage site plan for a property located in Texas. The plan will include the design of a detention pond to ensure proper water management on the site. The ideal candidate will have experience with drainage systems and be familiar with local regulations in Texas. The drainage site plan will be used in the marketing materials for selling 5 Acres of the property - see attached image. I do not have to have it all permitted at this point. Simply a site plan that could serve as the basis of a future comprehensive design once a development project has been identified for the 5 Acres. I've just put $50 as a nominal amount - please provide a quote. Tks.
