The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base across Europe. This is a freelance, commission-based position — perfect for independent professionals and freelancers who thrive on autonomy, flexibility, and performance. What You’ll Do Identify, research, and engage potential clients across Europe in industries like Technology, Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Energy, and Consulting. Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). Open business opportunities with SMEs, startups, and large organizations. Build relationships with decision-makers and present our outsourcing services clearly and confidently. Collaborate closely with our founders to shape new strategies and approaches. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment (especially in IT, consulting, or outsourcing). Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (other European languages are a plus). A good understanding of the European market and business culture. Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, independent, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working remotely in a commission-only model.
