  • Greenvolt Comunidades is looking for a Business Developer/B2B Sales professional to join its team in Lisbon, supporting the promotion, implementation, and management of collective self-consumption energy solutions and similar projects.
  • The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment with demanding deadlines, particularly in developing presentations and reports for decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales and contribution margin targets.
  • Research the market to identify potential clients aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Engage with potential clients through meetings (in-person or remote) to present the company’s products and services and explore business opportunities.
  • Define and analyze client needs to tailor offerings to their specific requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term business relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • In coordination with the technical team, present proposals and negotiate terms, including pricing and other relevant commercial conditions.
  • Represent the company at events, trade fairs, and demonstrations.
  • Conduct sales activities in line with the company’s defined business processes, including utilizing CRM and sales support systems.
  • Collect and update necessary information and documentation for the commercial process.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities with current and potential clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients in their portfolio, ensuring timely and effective responses to client requests.

Key Qualifications

  • Proactive personality with a results-driven mindset and a “make it happen” attitude.
  • Agility and adaptability to act quickly in uncertain situations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Solid experience with CRM and sales management systems.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business relationship skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
