We are building Safado, a next-generation gay dating app designed for meaningful connections, authenticity, and a global LGBTQ+ community. We’ve already developed a strong app foundation, and now we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert / Growth Strategist to help us scale Safado worldwide using creative, data-driven, and bold marketing strategies. Your Mission To make Safado a recognized and fast-growing name across Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and to drive massive user acquisition globally — especially in the US, UK, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a full-spectrum marketing strategy — from App Store Optimization (ASO) to influencer marketing, performance ads, PR campaigns, and community engagement. Responsibilities App Store Optimization (ASO) Optimize titles, keywords, screenshots, descriptions, and metadata for both Google Play & App Store. Increase downloads organically and improve conversion rate from impressions to installs. Manage app reviews, ratings, and visibility ranking. Marketing Strategy Development & Execution Design and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (organic + paid). Develop brand positioning, user personas, and creative campaigns. Create viral and inclusive content that resonates with the LGBTQ+ audience globally. Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage targeted campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Leverage Reddit, Telegram, and niche community platforms. Build engagement with authentic storytelling and creative visuals. Influencer & PR Collaborations Identify and collaborate with LGBTQ+ influencers, micro-creators, and content partners. Create viral trends, reels, and stories to promote visibility. Develop press releases and online media presence. Paid Advertising & Analytics Manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC), and TikTok Ads. Analyze ROI, install cost (CPI), and optimize based on conversion data. Implement A/B testing and retargeting strategies. Community & Viral Growth Build organic traffic through Reddit, Quora, Discord, and blog posts. Manage creative referral or ambassador programs. Develop strategies for user retention and re-engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience marketing dating apps or social platforms. Strong expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) — must show measurable results. Creativity, open-mindedness, and cultural awareness (especially for LGBTQ+ audiences). Experience with influencer marketing, social media strategy, and paid growth. Strong communication and analytical skills — data-driven decision-making. Bonus Skills Experience with PR campaigns or brand launches. Understanding of AI-based or map-based dating apps. Ability to work with designers or video creators for visual content. Familiarity with app analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Data.ai, etc.). Deliverables Full global marketing plan with execution roadmap. ASO optimization report for both stores. Launch + Growth campaign plan (organic + paid). Monthly performance reports with insights and improvements.
