- What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver excellence – Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring they are insight-led, results-driven, and flawlessly executed.
- Own client relationships – Act as a trusted partner, building strong connections and anticipating client needs.
- Lead projects – Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring every campaign meets expectations.
- Collaborate across teams – Work closely with sales, creative, tech, and customer service to create seamless experiences.
- Think strategically – Use data and insights to shape recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management within marketing, loyalty, or digital solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A confident communicator who can influence and build trust.
- Commercially minded with a focus on profitability and growth.
- Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
